* Then add rice flour,corn flour,tomato sauce,mustard sauce,salt and 1 tsp of oil.mix it well.
* Then add enough amount of water mix it well. * Heat the pan with oil.
* Mix chopped avarakkai into pakoda mixture. * Put it into oil,fry it well and keep it in paper towel.
* Serve this avarakkai pakoda as a evening snack . * Serve this pakoda with sambar rice.

→ Pollachi Crab Fry Posted on May 19, 2011 by admin | Leave a comment Email This Recipe Ingredients : 3 crab 1 fennel seeds 3 cloves 1 tsp turmeric powder 2 tsp poppy seeds 6 curry leaves 2 tsp ginger garlic paste 1/2 cup grated coconut 2 cup coconut milk 1 tsp coriander seeds 8 dry chili 1 chopped onions 1 tsp pepper seeds 2 tomatoes 4 tsp sesame oil salt to taste. Method: * Grind fennel seeds,cloves,poppy seeds,coconut,coriander seeds,dry chili,onion and pepper seeds,make a fine paste. * Heat the pan with oil,then add curry leaves and masala paste,saute it well. * Then add chopped tomato ,turmeric powder and saute it well,until move raw smell. * After 3-4 mints add cleaned crab to the pan and mix it well till it gets set. * Add 1/2 cup of hot water and mix it well. * It allow to cook 15 mints. * Then pour thick coconut milk and cook it again. * When it gets dry then turnoff the flame. * Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon. * Serve this pollachi crab fry with rasam rice.
