Palak Kebabs
In a kadai, heat oil. Add cumin seeds and spinach leaves, saute for a few minutes and remove from fire.
Grind to a fine paste. In a bowl add the spinach paste and rest of the ingredients, make a firm dough.
If necessary, add a little more rice flour or corn flour. Prepare lemon sized balls and roll over bread crumbs, you can shape it into cones too.
Deep fry till golden brown.
