Bell pepper peanut curry
Chop peppers into cubes. Heat the oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and cumin and let them splutter.
Add the bell peppers and quickly saute them. Add the ground mixture, chilli-ginger-garlic paste, garam masala and salt.
Stir well and add sugar. Cook on medium heat for 5 mins, stirring frequently.
Sprinkle with lemon juice and serve garnished with cilantro.
