Palak with mushroom
Fry the chopped onions and green chillies and make a paste. Then take a pan and heat 3 to 4 tbsp of oil.
Fry the onion and chilli paste till it turns golden brown Then add ginger garlic paste and saute for a min. To this add palak paste and cook for 3 min.
Later add boiled mushrooms to it and cook for 6 min. Now add ajinomotto and sugar and coriander powder and allow it cook for 2 min.
Now remove the pan from stove and transfer to a serving bowl. Add cream and butter and mix well.
